We need a way to pass parameters to the modules without using the CLI, at least in the notebooks to have a Pythonic way which most developers are familiar with.

@shahrokhDaijavad I suggest we make this part of #774 . Since we are doing one transform at a time, I think it makes sense that once the re-structuring is done, we immediately do the API so we get early peak on results.
