Just a minor feedback from me (a beginner) I noticed I couldn't skim the README how to find the command to install Just. Because it wasn't immediately under "Installation" it was under "Packages". There was like a long line of text that was too much to read before I could actually run the command.
Maybe it would be better to just place the installable packages immediately under installation and leave the preface for after.

Fixed, links to empty chapters are now disabled. I can see what you mean about the order of sections, although I'm not sure it should be changed, since it's probably a good idea to call out the extra steps that Windows users will need to take to get just working ahead of how to actually install it.
