Provide OS specific defaults for custom commands #2

The defaults for custom commands are Windows specific. It might be nicer to provide a set of custom commands for each OS. Maybe even for each desktop environment.

Since those custom commands are custom, they should not be active (and visible) by default but solely user-configured. They may reside in Preferences as example, but since they are not useable on most platforms they can be hidden/disabled by default.

That's right. The sole purpose of the pre defined custom commands is to server as an example of what is possible. There's probably not a single person who would want to open notepad from Eclipse... Maybe I should just delete the pre-configured stuff and put some examples in the wiki or in README.markdown.
