feature request: auto fix aliases

It would be highly convenient to introduce a flag such as -auto-fix-aliases, which would not only detect incorrect aliases but also automatically correct them according to the alias list and provided options. I would be happy to contribute if you decide to implement this feature

I'm not sure but I think the standard -fix flag might in theory already do what you want (via the findEdits function here), does that not work for you / is there more you'd like it to do?
