Updated split version

Hi,

Is it possible to have an updated split version for the dev branch?

I'm planning on releasing an update in the next few days at which point I'll be updating the split version.

Also just FYI, starting from version 0.12 (miniaudio is currently 0.11.x) I'll most likely be switching miniaudio away from a single header to a split .c/h library.

I would like to test the latest changes but need a split version to proceed.
Is there a roadmap for the split version?
