Daily transactions refresh data will automatically update to 0

• Blockscout Version/branch: release/v0.8.6

Describe the bug
After 8 o'clock, manually swipe the browser homepage to view the daily transactions value, which will automatically update to 0 within 30 seconds

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'home page'
2. Manually refresh the page
3. View daily transactions values
4. See error

Expected behavior
After 8 o'clock, manually refresh the browser homepage, and the daily transactions values and graphs are synchronously updated to yesterday's data
