Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The following Manual Inspection Required (MIR) steps can be updated for automated pass/fail:
OSAL functional tests:

OSAL_Config_Max_Sym_Len too small & symbol_api_test
symbol_api_test
condvar test:  Should say something like "Test skipped - feature not supported by OS"

OSAL unit tests:

OS_GetLocalTime & OS_SetLocalTime
OS_NetworkGetID

Describe the solution you'd like
Automate the verification such that manual inspection is not required.
