I submitted my application on Feb 23rd, and it says it is expired Feb 24th?

Should I start another application?

Yes, you should submit another application, there must have been some verification problem with the documentation you initially submitted.

Does this mean it was not expired and I just need to wait? or if i need to reapply this

Hey @LutzzLu If you see the above message it means that you have been verified and you don't need to submit another application, however, it seems that your benefits have expired 1 day after being approved, which means that there was an error with your application.

I recommend you to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your issue.
