[BUG] Incorrect sizing for Store PWAs on Win10

What happened?

Start menu app tiles for Store PWAs on Win10 are using the incorrect app icon sizes. This might require changes to the PWABuilder image-generator to update to the correct app icon sizes.
Comparison (note that Copilot icon sizes have since been manually fixed, but this comparison holds true for other Win10 Store PWAs):

How do we reproduce the behavior?

1. Install a PWA through the Microsoft Store on a Windows 10 device.
2. Install another PWA through the Edge browser.
3. Pin both apps to the start menu and compare their icon sizes to see the difference.

What do you expect to happen?

Store PWAs should have the same icon sizes as displayed on the right-hand side of the above image.

What environment were you using?

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Edge 132.0.2957.140 (Official build) (64-bit)
Device: Windows 10 VM
