Isn't possible already to use .icns icons to setup the icon on mac ?
to be honest I try fit my app icon to the mac format since few weeks already but the closest I could get was by rounding the corner my self and still the icon is a little bigger than others mac icons.

Of course, remove the generate icons task. The whole build system is open to you.
