Describe the feature request

在zotero6中发现一个极其好用的功能，就是我在pad上划词批注之后，只要我的电脑开着zotero，同步批注之后就会自动翻译，这样就解决了我用pad看文献的时候没法使用翻译工具的问题，但是我发现在zotero7上之后，pad批注同步到电脑之后，并不会自动翻译了，我没有用找到相关设置开关

这个功能实在是太太太好用了，解决了pad看文献没法使用翻译插件的问题！！！
