Phpstan Bleeding Edge Last: Reader

The last of the Bleeding Edge Phpstan V1 fixes. My plan was to install this, then migrate to Phpstan V2. However, V2 performs really badly in my test environment. I need to resolve that problem before migrating.

This is:

• a bugfix
• a new feature
• refactoring
• additional unit tests
• code quality

Checklist:
