Introduces a new feature aimed at enhancing the onboarding experience for new users by automatically generating a welcoming comment on their first issue or pull request (PR).
The welcoming comment serves a dual purpose:
Friendly Greeting, the comment warmly welcomes the new user to our SlimPlanet Community, making them feel valued and appreciated right from the start. It includes a personalized greeting mentioning the user's name (using @{{ author }}).
Encouragement to Star the Repository, the comment subtly invites users who have not yet starred the repository to consider doing so.
