Feat: add Gitlab support (#194)

## Description
Added support for GitLab repository mirroring, allowing users to mirror
repositories to and from GitLab instances.

### Features added:
- GitLab API v4 integration
- Support for high-level GitLab group namespaces (no nested subgroups)
- Repository mirroring functionality for GitLab
- Updated documentation in README and action.yml with GitLab
configuration options
