This is the last PyMuPDF version to have support for python 3.8, which is required for Ubuntu Focal (20.04)

This shows a deprecation warning on Ubuntu Focal machines, and pins the PyMuPDF version for now:
The message could use some more polishing, but generally speaking, this would be the approach. Does that sound good to you @apyrgio?
