Hi,
There is an issue saving an image after adding the AWS S3 config in appsettings.json.
After debugging I see the SaveThumb function in AmazonPictureService.cs not called at all if we have S3 config set!
And I think it should generate all the thumbs and send it to S3!..

Is it really tested and worked before?
