Paper Fighting v0.1

First binary release of Paper Fighting!

Release notes:

• Local multiplayer
• Menu with map and player selection
• Rematch menu
• Fighting mechanics: move, jump, attack, defend
• In-game UI: progressbar of health for each player
• Three characters: Monk, Knight, Businessman
• Three maps: Forest, Mountains, Sunny Land

The game is pretty much the same as in Unreal University course, but with little additions and polished UI.
There's still plenty of bugs, but i had to start from something.
