Proposed change

changelog: aio-libs/aiohttp-asyncmdnsresolver@v0.0.3...v0.1.0

Switches to the new AsyncDualMDNSResolver variant which tries via mDNS and DNS for .local domains since we have so many different user DNS configurations to support and we don't know which method will actually work on the target system so we now try both and whichever returns first wins (or if both at the same time, we combine the result)
